As our mental well-being has been challenged the last 2 years and we all know that "there is no health without mental health".

In the year 2004 every home in Iceland got a magnet and a pamphlet with the "10 Commandments of Mental Health" and boy oh boy we surely can use them now!

The 10 Commandments of Mental Health were made available in eight languages and if you are interested you can download the file and put it on your fridge (or wherever)!
